Having family members and friends represented in all branches of the military, we would like to extend our gratitude and appreciation to all the courageous men and women who serve our country. We extend a 10% discount on reservations of two or more nights to active duty members of the military and war veterans as a way of saying Thank You for your service. Please let us know when you make your reservation, and we will add the discount prior to sending your confirmation to you.

We're so lucky to be near Biltmore Estate, with its awe-inspiring house, fantastic gardens and grounds, winery and the River Bend Farm. We love Biltmore, and we know you'll love it, too.

The new Antler Hill Village is now open, Cedric's Tavern, exhibits, shops, the Creamery and a new entrance to the Winery through one of the old dairy tunnels (the Winery used to be a dairy). Plus summer is a lovely time to see the amazing Biltmore House and its fabulous gardens in bloom. The roses...perfection. It's also the 25th anniversary of the Winery at Biltmore this year!

Tempting to the sweet tooth and a great surprise for your loved one! Choose between a box of locally-made gourmet chocolate truffles from Chocolate Gems, our fantastic Black Mountain chocolatiers, or delicious hand-dipped chocolate covered strawberries for $25 (plus a $5 delivery for each order). These delicacies are truly a work of art, so please allow one week's advance notice. Please specify over the phone or in the notes section of your online reservation your choice of truffles or strawberries.

CELEBRATE WITH CAKE: $20

Celebrate birthdays with sweet style  

Our friends at Black Mountain Bakery make their mouthwatering cakes and icings from scratch and their perfect for a birthday celebration. Please allow three days advance notice to order so that your cake will be ready for you and your special someone when you arrive at the Inn. Also specify your desired flavor of cake, as well as icing (buttercream, chocolate buttercream, and cream cheese icing are the most popular).

* To accommodate the space needed for a couples massage, Reflections Room and Mountain Laurel Room guests can schedule an on-site couples massage in another room based upon availability.

Additionally, we've partnered with Shoji Spa to offer our guests a wonderful experience. As western North Carolina's only outdoor Japanese style hot tub and massage spa, Shoji Spa is an upscale day spa nestled on a mountainside overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains in Asheville, just 20 minutes from the Inn on Mill Creek. Your massage treatment will follow a soak in your private outdoor hot tub, and can include swedish, deep tissue, warm stone, thai, shiatsu, reiki, lomi lomi, four hands, prenatal, reflexology, and also organic herbal body wraps. Our customized spa massage baskets include a handheld loofah exfoliating polisher, scented soap bar, Beechwood massaging hand brush, heavenly scented bath bombs for your Jacuzzi tub, and a pressure point massager.  You'll have the option of choosing among different bath bombs (how do Strawberry Champagne fizzy bubbles sound?) and scented soaps. SUWS/PHOENIX PARENTS

Special rates when you stay for workshops and graduations

The Inn on Mill Creek has a great relationship with SUWS of the Carolinas and Phoenix Outdoor, therapeutic wilderness programs for teens. We offer accommodations and breakfast for parents who are attending the workshops and coming for SUWS and Phoenix graduations, plus showers for your family after Trails End.
